Looking For
Teaching couple (with two young boys 5 & 7) living overseas looking for accommodation in Ottawa area for summer 2012. Primary concern is month of July; our travel plans are not set in stone (yet) however our arrival will likely be in June (what date largely depending on the accommodations we are able to arrange-when, price, what and where). Our departure will be the final days of July or the first days of August. We are open to lots of different housing options: apartments, condo’s, houses, in the city, out of the city etc. We need at least a one bedroom apartment with a pull out couch or a futon, but bigger would likely be more comfortable. We need a furnished or semi-furnished place with: parking, internet access and a place to store a couple of bicycles – other than that we are flexible. We are hardworking and fair people and we are looking for value for our money (however, we are not cheap), meaning we recognize that a small 1 bedroom apartment in the “Golden Triangle” and a 3 bedroom house in Almonte with a back yard, pool and BBQ both have a lot of value – although offer to us very different positives and negatives. If you are interested in renting your house, apartment, basement etc., for a least July 2012, we are interested in hearing from you. Please contact chrisirvin@hotmail.com to discuss housing details.(11/22)
